Initial setting: this patient wants to restore his oral cavity. His teeth move and his smile is unsightly.
The front teeth are pushed forward due to bone loss secondary to dental plaque that has accumulated over the years between the teeth and the gum.
Intraoral view.
The front teeth that are too tight to be preserved will be extracted (top and bottom) and replaced by implants. The patient will wear a temporary support fixed on the canines (top and bottom) during the healing period.
Post-operative view after placement of the ceramic bridges on the implant.
The false ceramic gum has made it possible to compensate for bone loss and thus avoid grafts.
